Why IBABC?
Beth Haven Baptist Seminary has been training Independent Baptist counselors since 1996. Our Seminary has developed curricula to assist with counseling, including material to help with addictions, grief, pornography and other topics. Our H.O.P.E. addictions curriculum is currently used in hundreds of churches in the US and abroad.
As societies turn further and further from God, studies have shown that emotional problems, addictions, and suicides increase. Churches and counselors need clear, direct answers, solutions that will guide hurting people out of their pain and entrapments and into lives of peace, victory and assurance. Our training program, based on God’s principles and examples, has been successfully transforming lives for over 25 years. IBABC was established to give a publicly recognized certification to those who complete our counseling training.

Pornography, anger, substance abuse, bitterness, insecurity, self-harm. The Bible has answers for all of man’s needs. IBABC gives you the knowledge of where the Bible answers these questions and the experience to understand and share biblical principles with hurting people.
Practical Literature
Our materials have been selected (or written) to provide direct, straight-forward answers from the King James Bible.
Counseling Experience
Our counselors have logged thousands of hours in personal counseling and in teaching counseling techniques to others.
